USTA Northern brings together all of the people who support and promote the game of tennis. These are the same people who bring the game of tennis to life including tennis clubs, parks and recreation programs, tennis professionals, tournament directors, players and volunteers.

A volunteer Board of Directors governs USTA along with various councils and committees. The Board membership includes community tennis leaders, tennis club personnel, former and current highly-ranked competitive players, community tennis representatives and executives from companies in the business community. Organizations within USTA Northern also depends on a large group of volunteers who drive the countless on- and off-court activities happening daily. Without volunteers, the lifeline of the organization, the Section and the game of tennis would not survive. We encourage people to get involved with their local tennis organizations.
