Helpful Reminders to USTA League Tennis Players
* Read the captains packet for information about schedules, match procedures and regulations.
* Know league rules and regulations (you should know National, Section and your local league regulations, if applicable, and "The Code" - all are listed above)
* Know your schedule
* Know club policies
* Contact your Area League Coordinator with any additional questions - Tyler Krumholz at Krumholz@northern.usta.com
* Be respectful to your team and opposing teams - reinforce good sportsmanship

Match-Day Reminders For Players
* Home team is to supply a new can of balls to be used at each position, and to enter scores on TennisLink after match completion.
* Plan ahead. Allow appropriate time to reach the site before match time so you have enough time to check-in, change, use restrooms, warm up body and stretch, etc.
3.01H(4) Team Lineups: In the local league competition, players failing to arrive on court fifteen (15) minutes after the scheduled time of their individual match are in default. Players who arrive late, but within the fifteen (15) minute default period are allowed a five (5) minute warm-up.
* Home captains should introduce their team to opposing team.
* Be ready to play on time and limit the warm-up to 10 minutes.
* In the case of incomplete matches, scores stand as played with play continuing from that point at another date/time/location as agreed upon by both captains and players. Matches should be completed within two (2) weeks. If this is not possible, they must be completed by the end date of the league season.
* Home teams are encouraged to socialize and furnish snacks & beverages for both teams after the match.
***No refunds will be given to any player who has participated in one match.
