Hayley Haakenstad (Chanhassen, Minn.) and her partner Delaney Nothaft (Tempe, Ariz.) won the USTA Girls 14s Regional Doubles title in Tucson, Ariz. Haakenstad and Nothaft, the #1 seeds, won three matches, losing only six games in winning the title. They defeated Sarlanna Kuuttila (Alberquerque, N.M.) and Reagan Posorske (Cave Creek, Ariz.) 8-1 in the finals.
Haakenstad also played singles, where she was seeded third. She lost in the first round, but then advanced to the consolation quarterfinals before bowing out.
