USTA Northern, located in Bloomington, Minn., is conducting a search for a Director of Adult Competition. This position will lead and manage all areas of Adult Competition, while possessing a variety of skills to effectively achieve strategic goals and core values of the Section. This position will be responsible for the administration and coordination of the USTA League Tennis program, as well as Adult Sanction Tournaments. Candidates should have general knowledge of USTA and USTA Northern programs and opportunities. Skills required of this position include, but are not limited to: 1. Possessing an identifiable tennis background; 2. Past or present experience in successfully managing staff and workplace responsibilities; 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral; 4. High level customer service qualities; 5. Proficient in Microsoft and web application.
