USTA Northern celebrated Hispanic Heritage Month in downtown St. Paul with a celebration at Barrio Restaurant and Bar and QuickStart Tennis at Mears Park.

BT from Cities '97 Radio was on-site at Barrio. The Salsabrosa Salsa band performed and instructors gave salsa dancing lessons. 

QuickStart Tennis courts were set up for kids across the street in Mears Park. Kids from Richfield Intermediate School, who are part of the USTA Northern Hispanic Tennis Initiative sponsored by Radilla Advertising, particiapated in the event.
